I am Yousef Kotp, a Master’s student in Computer Science at Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, specializing in Vision-Language Modeling for Computational Pathology. With a background in Computer and Communication Engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt, I have developed expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and academic research. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have gained valuable experience in both research and industry. I have worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Concordia University, supporting courses in Machine Learning and Deep Learning while mentoring students in coursework and research. I also contributed to machine learning research at Alexandria University, where I published first-author research at IEEE-ICASSP 2024. In addition, I have held industry roles, including Software Engineer at VAES.ai, Machine Learning Intern at Synapse Analytics, and Autonomous Team Tech Lead at Alex Eagles, working on AI-powered solutions in civil engineering, FinTech, and autonomous systems.
