My journey to being a Coach is complemented by a decade of projects undertaken across People strategy and operations roles, where I've led diverse cross-functional teams, driven cutting-edge learning solutions, fostered an inclusive work culture through several DE&I interventions, and managed career progression for multiple business units. An MBA in HR by education, and a Delhi girl at heart. Born and raised in the capital city of India, I now live in Berlin, Germany. Currently pursuing accreditation from the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
