Getting on a mentorship call with Ayush sir was an absolute game-changer for me. After graduating in 2022 and completing an 8+ month internship as a Software Engineer, I found myself at a critical crossroads in my career. In just one hour, Ayush sir gave me more clarity than I’ve had in months. He helped me realize the true potential of focusing deeply on backend engineering—particularly leveraging my Java and Spring Boot skills to build a high-value, sustainable career. We discussed not only the core backend concepts but also explored practical resources like Hussein Nasser’s videos for deeper understanding. We talked about System Design, real-world problem-solving, and strategies for becoming truly job-ready. On top of that, he explained how platforms like X (Twitter) and LinkedIn can accelerate growth if used properly, especially with a 'learn in public' mindset. What stood out to me the most was the care and thought he put into the session—he shared two of his personal GitHub repositories (one in NestJS and another in Node.js) and challenged me to translate them to Java and Spring Boot. That alone gave me an instant roadmap to sharpen my development skills. He's also given me a structured plan to master DSA and continues to guide me with assignments and direction. Ayush sir isn’t just helping me with tech skills—he’s reshaping how I look at my entire career. Grateful to have him as a mentor during this pivotal time." — A junior software engineer he mentored

I was around 9 or 10 years old when my elder brother decided to teach me how to code. What started as casual online classes twice a week turned into one of the best parts of my learning journey. We began with Python—he made it fun and easy to understand by preparing notes, writing simple example codes, and giving me proper assignments to practice. On his request, my mom got me the Let Us Python book so I could go deeper into the concepts. He even created a public GitHub repository called python-for-kids, where I could revisit everything we covered. Later, he introduced me to SoloLearn, where I ended up completing all the available courses and earning every certification! My dad was super proud—and honestly, I was too. When he found out that Java would be in my school syllabus (ICSE), he didn’t wait. He set everything up again, just like with Python—notes, example code, and another public GitHub repo called java-for-kids that I could refer to anytime. My mom also got me the Let Us Java book on his suggestion. He even taught me how to use the terminal, Git, and GitHub—things most kids my age didn’t even know existed. Now, even though we only connect once a month for mentoring, I still reach out whenever I get stuck. Right now, I’m learning Web Development through FreeCodeCamp and YouTube—and it’s going great! Because of his early guidance, I’ve built a strong foundation and a real love for coding. He didn’t just teach me how to program—he made me believe I could learn anything.

I’ve known him since school—honestly, I don’t even remember when we became friends, it just feels like he’s always been there. A couple of years back, I was at a low point—uncertain, overwhelmed, and unsure of where my life was headed. I reached out to him, and that one conversation became a turning point. He knew I was into photography, cinematography, and editing, and suggested I try design seriously. He gifted me a Udemy course to get started, and within 10 days, he pushed me to create a dedicated design account: @field_of_flex. Under his guidance, I started posting daily—single designs and carousel posts—and he personally helped craft SEO-optimized captions for each post on both Instagram and LinkedIn to maximize reach. In no time, things started taking shape. My skills improved, people began noticing, and thanks to a strategic Fiverr profile and a carousel ad he guided me to create, I landed a remote internship through one of his ex-colleagues—without him even knowing. I surprised him with the news on New Year’s Eve 2021. It was special for both of us. Later, we teamed up to build something together—CodeInnHQ, along with a talented frontend engineer. I handled everything design—UI/UX, social media creatives, product visuals, even reel edits. It’s been an amazing journey, and I owe so much of it to his belief in me and his consistent mentorship. I worked on-site in Delhi for a year, and now I’m back in Kolkata, working remotely. He didn’t just help me find a career—he helped me rediscover my confidence. Forever grateful.

I was going through a tough phase financially when a close college friend stepped in and offered me a chance to join his company as a designer. He not only started mentoring me from the ground up but also connected me with a supportive community and real client work. Thanks to his guidance, I'm learning fast and finally seeing a clear path for growth in my career.
