Here's how our veil customization works—it's super simple and fun!
Step 1: We'll hop on a call to chat about your needs. We'll cover everything from your saree color, theme, design preferences, budget, and more, surrounding the veil.
Step 2: I'll create 2-3 hand-drawn designs/moodboards based on our chat, and you get to choose your favorite.
Step 3: We'll finalize the payment and place your order.
Step 4: You can either have your veil delivered to your home or pick it up from our boutique, NAKSA, located in Newtown Galleria Mall—whatever works best for you.
The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks, so make sure to plan ahead. We can't accept orders with less than 3 weeks' notice because we don't want to compromise on the quality of our handwork. Happy planning! 💖
