I started learning Agile from 2017 and served as a software engineer for several years. Touched by the agile manifesto, I kept imbibing various software engineering practices to affect the working culture around me. I've clearly known that agile mindset with deep skills is able to improve the performance as well as deepen people interaction. Therefore I decided to craft my media platforms trying to contribute my influence to those who recognize my value. I aim to push a variety of agile methods that could be applied in various domains inclusive of software engineering, industry transformation, team buildings, and so on. On top of that, I am going to introduce the modern engineering techniques to those who are willing to change the working culture of teams.
