Sales Executive Interview

Round 1: Manager Interview (30 minutes)

In this round, you will have a one-on-one interview with the manager. The focus will be on assessing your Japanese speaking and understanding skills, along with basic communication abilities relevant to a sales role.

Round 2: Final Interview (Hiring Head)

Candidates who successfully clear Round 1 will proceed to the second round. This interview will be conducted by the Head of the Hiring Team, where your overall suitability for the role, communication skills, and role expectations will be discussed in detail.
