About me
Hana, has been a student of natyashastra and yog since childhood. As an ex media person, on the brink of death diagnosed with septicemia, multiple fractures and surgeries and gluten allergy doctors giving up hope of her ever walking she turned to dancing, nutrition to find a cure.
She felt called to go to Rishikesh, leaving her thriving career behind in Mumbai, where she was united with her love for Yog and the various divine practices, Mahadev called and Shakti answered and manifested health back and reversed her diseases with Ayurveda and being a member of Kashmir Sampradaya she maintains a consistent meditation practice aided by Sri Yantra.
Hana received her 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification from Land of Yog, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. Her compassionate teaching style and dance background focus on the whole student and their personal intention for practice. As Patanjali says “अथ योगानुशासनम्”
