I help professionals gain clarity about themselves and their inner world. My work blends mindfulness, metaphors and self-inquiry with a framework I call the Six Insight Lenses. I offer 1:1 coaching, counseling and small group sessions for people who sense there is more to life than success alone—and want to understand life, themselves, and their role in it with greater depth and honesty.
