I have a passion for building and delivering innovative products that leverage intelligent automation and machine learning technologies. I hold a Master's in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. Before joining CMU, I was a Senior Developer at HCL Technologies, where I directed intelligent process automation projects for a US-based client (Encore Capital) in the legal and financial domain. I defined user stories, designed roadmaps, and led cross-functional teams to develop and deploy RPA bots that integrated AI, text analytics, cognitive OCR, and tools like Blue Prism and Decipher. I achieved 10-15 FTEs reduction with 100% accuracy and up to 30% error reduction, and received the GIC R&R Innovator Award for my work.
