1:1 Mentorship with Yogesh Kumar

Let’s have a detailed 1:1 mentorship journey focused on your career, interview preparation, and long-term growth.

We’ll have a weekly 1:1 connect to:

• Prepare for technical and behavioral interviews
• Review your interview progress and identify areas to improve
• Discuss DSA, system design, behavioral rounds, and interview strategy
• Work through your ongoing preparation and questions
• Discuss career goals, job switches, and navigating job offers
• Talk about staying relevant and growing in the software engineering industry
• Build a structured preparation plan and track your progress over time

I’ll share what has worked for me based on my own experience, along with practical feedback and perspectives that you can consider while making your own decisions.

The goal is to have a consistent mentor who can review your progress, challenge your thinking, and help you stay accountable throughout your preparation and career journey.

Let’s work on it together!
