As a HR Integration Specialist at Essity, I am responsible for implementing and enhancing Workday integrations across various modules and systems. I have successfully led multiple Workday projects, delivering high-quality solutions for the clients and vendors. I have a strong background in Workday integration, reporting, and studio, with over six years of experience at leading companies such as Deloitte and HCLTech. I have built and tested various HCM, finance and payroll integrations, using EIBs, core connectors, and studio. I have also created and run reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision making. I have a BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from GITAM University, where I learned the fundamentals of software development, design, and testing. I am also certified by Aspiring Minds in data processing, design engineering, and software engineering.
