Our One-on-One sessions give you the opportunity to get personalised and in-depth feedback on your manuscript from our founder and editor Arpita Das. You will get feedback on excerpts of your manuscript as well as other materials submitted prior to the session.

Session Details:

The One-On-One Consultation Session will be 60mins in duration.

Some questions that will be addressed:

• Is your book manuscript submittable to a publishing house of your choice?
• What improvements will make it more viable for selection/publication?
• What are the stages of editing you should put your manuscript through before submitting?
• What are the particular strengths and weaknesses of your writing/manuscript and what are the particular ways/solutions to amplify the first and mitigate the second?

Pre-Session:

Upload the following on Topmate two weeks before the session:

• Questionnaire about manuscript
• A Chapter of your Manuscript
• A detailed, comprehensive, and in-depth synopsis of your manuscript as well as a Table of Contents
• A list of your expectations from this session and what you would like to see in our session

During Session:

In our one-to-one session, we offer:

• actionable advice about your manuscript
• How to improve on formatting, editing, word choice, and more.
• Insights on the quality of the content of the manuscript.

Post-Session:

You receive:

• Session notes
• Your existing materials with personalised comments
• An editing exercise with a stylesheet
• Feedback Form on the session and how it went for you

The cost for the session is inclusive of GST.
