I have been cradled by software development for about fifteen years. My various experiences in fields like banking, insurance and industrial environments have allowed me to understand that the current organizations operating system does not work anymore. It kills the motivation of individuals, their potential for creativity and innovation. So after opening my eyes for the first time, I became interested in how to do things differently. This is where my passion for agility and liberated organizations came from. I became addicted to agility from my first reading of the manifesto and am firmly convinced that the only way to work is by considering people as individuals in their own right and no longer as "resources". My personal aspiration is to help as many teams as possible to deliver in the best possible conditions by helping them develop their capabilities.
