About me

A CAE-FEA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in simulation-driven product development in the automotive industry, specializing in suspension systems for two-wheelers and three-wheelers. I currently work as a Senior CAE–FEA Engineer in R&D, where I perform advanced finite element simulations to evaluate structural performance, durability, and dynamic behavior of suspension components. My expertise includes nonlinear analysis, fatigue life prediction (LCF & HCF), and dynamic simulations such as modal, harmonic, transient, and random vibration analysis using tools like ANSYS, HyperMesh, and OptiStruct. My work focuses on identifying critical stress locations, predicting durability life, and improving designs through simulation-driven insights. I regularly collaborate with design, manufacturing, and product development teams to optimize components for weight, stiffness, durability, and ride comfort while ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Earlier in my career, I gained extensive experience in FE model building and meshing for automotive applications including durability, crash, safety, and NVH simulations. I worked directly with OEM customers and contributed to projects for major automotive companies such as Stellantis, Volkswagen, Toyota, and Mahindra. Alongside my professional experience, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Design Engineering from BITS Pilani (WILP) to further strengthen my knowledge in advanced simulation and engineering design.
