Business Analysis Consultant and Coach, holder of CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), AAC (Agile Analysis Certified) and CPOA (Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis) with more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology Sector, of which more than 13 years in the Business Analysis field. Worked for many companies in Egypt including local and international companies and exposed to many types of business, e.g. Electrical Components Management, Stock Markets Information Exchange, Governmental Services and e-payment Solutions. Currently working as a Business Analysis Consultant and Coach for corporates and individuals. Over the past years conducted Business Analysis Training and coaching for multiple groups and helped many individuals pass their Business Analysis certification exams successfully. Received the IIBA 2021 Volunteer Award for the regions of Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific & India.
