Founder & Operator — Fundraising, GTM, Execution
I work with founders at two critical moments:
Before things are real (-1 → 0)
When things need to work (0 → 1)
I don’t sell theory. I work from experience, having raised capital multiple times, worked inside fast-scaling startups like Uber, failed repeatedly, gone through the process 3 times, carried debt, reset, and built again.
I’m an IIT graduate who has worked at Uber and multiple startups as an early operator (employee #1 roles). I’ve started companies, raised capital three times, sat across investors, gone through due diligence, watched deals slow down or fall apart, and learned - often the hard way, what actually matters.
I’ve failed more times than I can count. Most of my early pitch decks were rejected. Then one finally worked, not because it was clever, but because it was honest, defensible, and aligned with reality. That deck raised capital. And worked 3 times for me. The diligence that followed taught me even more. Since then, I’ve seen what happens after the cheque comes in: expectations change, pressure increases, and execution gaps surface fast.
That full arc - jobs, startups, fundraising, failure, debt, and starting again is what I bring into every engagement.
Fundraising, Narrative & Due Diligence Readiness
This is for founders who are:
I don’t design decks to “sound impressive. I help you build a deck that holds up when investors start checking. I also share sample decks, real feedback patterns, and resources that helped me finally get it right.
This is for teams that:
This work is informed by my time operating inside startups and scaling teams—where execution matters more than slides.
This is not consulting for comfort. This is support for decisions that matter.
I share what worked, what failed, and what I paid for so you don’t have to.
