Hey, I’m Yashwini 👋 I started out in marketing and operations, and somewhere along the way, design caught my attention. Now I’m pursuing my MDes at Avantika, learning how to connect creativity with real people and real problems. Every year, so many students graduate in design, yet only a few manage to do work that truly makes a difference. I’m trying to be part of that smaller group, and I want to help others who feel the same way. Through my own switch from corporate work to design school, I’ve learned what actually helps: honest feedback, real projects, and small steps that build confidence over time. These sessions are a space to talk about all that. Finding your path into design, choosing between MDes or bootcamps, building your first portfolio, or just figuring out where to start.
