I’ve always believed that you do exceptional work only when you genuinely care about the ecosystem you’re building. That belief shaped my journey long before I had language for it. I started by founding Yuva Forum India, a youth-led trust focused on education, health, and civic engagement. It taught me how to design interventions from scratch, build partnerships, mobilise young people, and deliver outcomes without established structures or templates. Later, I built The Collective Counsel, an impact-driven organisation addressing accessibility gaps within the legal and justice ecosystem. Today, CC has grown into a structured community with 500+ members, 20+ national-level engagements, clear SOPs, and a national working body operating across education, research, community engagement, and partnerships. I have independently conceptualised, designed, and executed multi-stage programs end-to-end from strategy and operations to outreach, monitoring, and stakeholder management. Across these experiences, I’ve developed a grounded ability to build ecosystems, manage programs and communities at scale, and turn ideas into operational systems that sustain themselves. I thrive in roles that blend strategy, execution, and people leadership, especially in mission-driven environments. I’m now exploring roles across social impact, incubation ecosystems, program design, partnerships, and organisation building, where I can use my experience to strengthen institutions and accelerate impact.
