I am an accomplished computer science professional with a strong track record of success and a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation. With several years of experience in the industry, I have honed my skills in various domains, including machine learning, data analytics, and distributed systems. I hold a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of London, Queen Mary, where I graduated with Distinction. During my academic journey, I acquired a diverse skill set through a range of courses such as Machine Learning, Security and Authentication, Data Analytics, and Distributed Systems. Throughout my career, I have successfully completed several noteworthy projects that highlight my expertise and problem-solving capabilities. One such project is the Gesture and Sign Language Translation to Text and Speech, where I developed a Python-based product using computer vision techniques and machine learning algorithms to accurately interpret sign language gestures. The project achieved remarkable results and is available on GitHub for reference. Additionally, I designed an Airline System Database using NoSQL, ensuring efficient data organization and retrieval. By leveraging MongoDB and implementing appropriate collections and document structures, I optimized data storage and retrieval operations for the airline system. Moreover, I developed a Haskell application to fetch and display information about UK bank holidays, utilizing APIs and web scraping techniques to gather up-to-date data. I have also excelled in image processing projects, such as Vehicle Number Plate Recognition, where I implemented MATLAB-based solutions to recognize and extract alphanumeric characters from vehicle number plates. Furthermore, I designed and implemented an Automated Timetable Generator system, streamlining the scheduling process by leveraging algorithms and optimizing faculty assignment.
