I am an MBA graduate from IIM Ahmedabad (Co’23) and a graduate engineer from NIT Bhopal (Co’16), with 8+ years of experience across M&A, Strategy & Management Consulting, Post-Merger Integration, Carve-out Assessments, Separation Management Office, Productivity Improvement, Supply Chain Optimization, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Sales Analysis, and Marketing Strategy. Currently, I work with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) in the Strategy & Management Consulting practice, advising Private Equity firms and corporate clients on strategic and operational value creation across the deal lifecycle. My experience spans pre-deal due diligence, commercial and operational assessments, value creation planning, post-merger integration, carve-out and separation programs, productivity improvement, and business transformation. Prior to A&M, I worked with Strategy&, focusing on M&A and Private Equity engagements across the deal continuum. Before transitioning into consulting, I spent several years with IndianOil (IOCL), one of India’s largest Oil & Gas companies, working across Operations Transformation, Supply Chain Optimization, Sales, and Marketing. I have managed diverse portfolios across multiple geographies and worked with stakeholders across the organization—from frontline teams and truck crew drivers to senior leadership and CXOs. This experience gave me a holistic understanding of businesses, spanning backend operations and supply chains to customer-facing sales and marketing. Throughout my career, I have developed strong capabilities in structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, project leadership, operational improvement, supply chain management, and commercial strategy. I have led cross-functional teams and worked in complex, high-pressure environments to drive measurable business outcomes. I have always aspired for excellence. I secured an All India Rank of 54 among ~120,000 candidates in the GATE Engineering examination in 2016. I was also among 300 delegates selected across Asia for the prestigious Harvard HPAIR conference for young leaders, where I worked with a diverse global team on a business-impact idea as part of the Impact Challenge at Harvard University. At IIM Ahmedabad, I served as a Class Representative and an elected member of the Student Council. I actively participated in extracurricular and co-curricular activities, including representing IIMA at the state-level athletics competition, ranking among the top speakers on campus, delivering a TEDx WIMWIAN talk, and contributing to the drafting of a budget speech for the Rajya Sabha. Outside work, I enjoy travelling and discovering new destinations. I am also an avid marathon runner and enjoy running across different terrains.
