I'm a recent MBA graduate from IIM Ahmedabad of Co’23 and a graduate engineer from NIT Bhopal of Co'16. I have 7+ years of experience in Post-Merger Integration, Carveout Assessments, Separation Management Office, Productivity Improvement, Supply Chain Optimization, Digital Transformation, Project Management, Sales Analysis, and Marketing Strategy Currently working in the M&A consulting sector at Strategy&, specializing in Private Equity practice. Collaborating closely with Private Equity firms to conduct pre-and post-diligence activities throughout the deal continuum. I had prior experience working in a major Oil & Gas firm- IndianOil (IOCL) across various roles in Operations Transformation, Supply Chain Optimization and Sales & Marketing. He has a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. At IndianOil (IOCL), I have worked across the supply chain from the backend, i.e. operations role, to the forefront, i.e. customer-facing role. I have handled different portfolios across varied geographies in India. Working with people from different domains, from Truck crew drivers to people at the CXOs level, I developed a holistic knowledge of the business. Equipped with a well-rounded experience ranging from industrial operations to sales to marketing, I worked across multiple functions and developed organisational skills. Through my extensive experience of running an Oil & Gas retail business, I developed core capabilities in problem-solving, supply management, sales, and vendor management. I developed the resilience to take the pressure and imbibed the ability to think on my feet! I always aim for excellence. I achieved an AIR of 54 out of 120K students who sat for the GATE engineering exam across India in 2016. I was among the 300 delegates selected across Asia for the prestigious “Harvard HPAIR” conference for young leaders. As part of a diverse global team, I developed a business impact idea at Impact Challenge at Harvard University. At IIM Ahmedabad, I was a Class Representative (CR) & elected member of the Student Council. I actively participated in both extracurricular & co-curricular activities during my time, including representing IIMA in the Athletics Competition at state level, ranking among the top 5 speakers on campus & delivering a TEDx WIMWIAN talk, and assisting the YSR party in drafting the budget speech for the RS. Outside of work, I have a passion for travelling and discovering new destinations. Additionally, I'm an avid marathon runner, finding joy in running across various terrains.
