It was helpful
I had a 1:1 session with Yashish Pal regarding a personal challenge I was facing in my relationship. My girlfriend had been emotionally overwhelming and constantly pressuring me to be with her, which was affecting my peace of mind. Yashish bhaiya handled the situation with great empathy and professionalism. He listened carefully, helped me gain clarity on my boundaries, and guided me on how to communicate my feelings in a healthy and respectful way. The session made me feel supported, and I walked away with a clearer mind and a stronger sense of control over my personal space. I truly appreciate his insights and the calm, non-judgmental environment he created. Thank you, Yashish bhaiya!
