My name is Yash Upadhyay and I am currently pursuing B.Com (Hons.) from Christ University which helps me to learn many aspects of the corporate world through CIA (Continuous Internal Assessment), It covers different aspects such as working in a team, Leadership skills, managing last-minute tasks and assignments. Moreover being a part of the different committees such as EMCEE (Master of Ceremony), we had to make a script, practice it and host different shows. It helped me work under pressure because whatever we do or make a fine script, changes were always there on the spot. Another part, Sustainable Development Goal Cells, collaborates with the UN's SDG for a better future. In this, we were asked to conduct different research, develop ideas, and conduct seminars in nearby schools to spread awareness. It helped me to understand why CSR is made mandatory! I am looking forward to learning more through participating in different things and I am looking forward to having a good personality which will align me with my future goals of being a good corporate asset. I am still finding my area of interest but it definitely includes project manager since because of my ability to deal with and manage a team to achieve a particular goal.
