As I embark on my Master’s in Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Dallas, I’m excited to merge my extensive industry experience with advanced analytics skills to drive innovative solutions. With over 6 years of experience at Amazon, where I specialized in Risk & Privacy, Workforce Management, and People Management, I’ve developed a robust understanding of managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives. My role as the founder of the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) group at Amazon and my work with Alexa's Machine Learning Data Operations have honed my skills in leadership, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. I am a certified PMP Project Manager by Google, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in project management methodologies and best practices.
