I graduated from IIT Bombay in 2014 with B.Tech and M.Tech in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering with specialisation in ceramics and composites. My curiosity to explore has motivated me to engage in diverse and distinct set of experiences, which have played a vital role in honing problem-solving, analytical skills, leadership, mentoring and soft skills. In the past I have worked in international teams in Japan, Ireland, Taiwan, Indonesia and Singapore. Currently I lead the Customer Lifecycle Strategy team at Gojek while prior to that i was an Associate at McKinsey & Co. where I joined after I graduated with an MBA from INSEAD. Such interaction with multi-cultural and professionally diverse set of people has helped me learn adaptability, flexibility, cross team collaboration and a readiness to embrace new ways of working.
