My life's journey has been dedicated to creating waves of positive social impact and nurturing growth stories. I firmly believe that with passion, expertise, and unwavering dedication, we can shape a better world for all. At the age of 19, I embarked on a transformative journey by co-founding a non-profit organization. Our mission was simple yet profound: to empower children from underserved communities with the gift of quality education. This early experience ignited a lifelong passion for making a difference. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai and an MBA from Canada, I set out to equip myself with the skills and knowledge needed to drive social change effectively. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of social purpose organizations, from their early stages to maturity. My role as a Portfolio Manager at LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact has honed my expertise in strategic capacity building, impact assessment, and sustainable philanthropy. In my current role, I've led and managed strategic projects alongside visionary Executive Directors and dedicated Board members. My ability to envision, plan, and execute projects has resulted in tangible outcomes. Additionally, I serve as a Coach for Scale Collaborative's Thriving Non-Profits program. I help Executive Directors and Boards develop and execute revenue diversification strategies, harnessing the power of sustainable growth for impactful organizations.
