I’m a recent graduate from the IPM program at IIM Bodh Gaya. Back in college, I figured that the best way to do justice to an MBA later was to first build solid work experience. The challenge? We didn’t even have a placement committee. That meant figuring out the internship/job market on my own. Over the past year, I’ve navigated that journey and realised something important — the line “market down hai” is mostly noise. With the right strategy, patience, and consistent effort, it’s possible to crack opportunities that feel out of reach. Along the way, I’ve been mentored by people who’ve made it to dream roles and top firms, and now it feels like the right time to give back.
