Currently Head of Product at InsuranceDekho, India’s largest omnichannel insurtech platform. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I own company-wide product strategy and execution across POSP networks, renewals, SaaS, and new growth businesses—powering a ₹4,200+ Cr annual premium, 13M+ customers, and 230K+ agents (FY ‘25)
I lead a 20+ member Product & Design organization, partnering closely with engineering, data, and business teams to build scalable, execution-first platforms. My focus is on AI-first product systems—underwriting automation, agent intelligence, workflow orchestration, voice AI, and digital claims—driving measurable impact on growth, margins, and productivity.
Prior to this, I was Director & AVP at Genpact (Germany), leading large-scale finance, supply chain, and digital commerce transformations for Fortune 500 Consumer Goods & Retail clients across Europe, working directly with C-suite leaders.
Earlier, I was part of the founding product team that built CarDekho’s insurance business from 0→1, and have shipped products at Paytm and ibibo Group (Gaadi.com) across complex consumer and enterprise ecosystems.
