About me
As a Software Engineer 2 at Dell EMC, I work on developing and testing secure software solutions for products and services. I also work as a Vulnerability response champion for VXRail, where I analyze and mitigate vulnerabilities in the tool. I have a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from The Johns Hopkins University, where I also conducted research on network security and cryptography. I have over 5 years of work experience in the cybersecurity field, including an internship at RSA Security, where I contributed to a project on detecting and mitigating denial-of-service attacks. I have received multiple honors in the field, such as the RSA Security Scholar, the WiCyS Conference Student Scholar, and the Black Hat Student Scholar. I am also VP of the Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) Austin chapter, where I support and mentor women who are interested in pursuing careers in cybersecurity. I am committed to advancing the field of cybersecurity and creating a more secure and inclusive digital world. I contribute most of my spare time volunteering for security communities and speaking at conferences.
