In terms of MoSCoW, lol, I now know what I must do: gather analysis effectively and keep improving (looks like I’ve got some work ahead!). What I should do is focus on refining my skills to become a better BA. What I could do is try out different tools and approaches to keep learning. And what I won’t do is mess things up or skip steps!
