With over six years of experience in operations management, I am passionate about optimizing processes, leading teams, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders. I have a post graduate program in marketing and operations from Indian School of Business, an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, and a BA in economics from Jesus and Mary College. I am currently managing operations for Amazon Imaging, MENA, a cross-functional team of operators and creatives responsible for the production of millions of high-quality product images and videos across multiple global marketplaces. In my current role, I leverage my skills in team leadership, business analysis, and RPA to oversee the operations of Amazon Imaging, which runs high-volume commercial studios using advanced photography and videography at scale. I collaborate with various teams and partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in the imaging production process. I also contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standards for imaging operations. Prior to joining Amazon, I was the head of operations for the absence management division of ADP India, where I led a team of 50+ people, designed rewards and recognition processes, and executed multiple process improvements using RPA. I also have experience in strategy and new initiatives for digital laminates at Greenlam Industries, where I increased revenue, built product roadmaps, and introduced new variants of HPL in India and Europe.
