In 2022, I faced a health shock—very high cholesterol. Instead of choosing lifelong medication, I turned to lifestyle change. As I improved my health, I helped my family members too, and they saw amazing results. Word of mouth spread, and soon I was guiding many others to overcome issues like obesity, diabetes, cholesterol, fatty liver, fibroids, inflammation, high ESR, and HSCRP. What inspired me even more was the community I joined, whose mission is “Obesity-Free Nation.” It’s a global movement spread across 40+ countries, with 400+ wellness coaches, and I’m proud to be one of them. Today, my mission is to help people achieve lasting health through lifestyle change and holistic wellness. 🌿
