A data-driven Product Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. I have built products across various industries such as Fintech, Automobile, Mobility, Travel, B2B, SaaS, AI, Marketplace, and e-booking, with a focus on problem-solving. I have led multifunctional business and product teams, achieving $9M ARR and 10M users in just four years, focusing on $, OKRs, business impact, and unit economics. My communication and analytical skills are second to none, and I am both ownership-driven and collaborative. Over the last 4.5 years, I have been solving user problems through productization. I have gained a unique perspective on problem-solving, product-market fit, customer experience, GTM, launch and growth, and strategy execution. Currently, I am the Growth Product Manager at PakWheels.com, Pakistan's leading automobile marketplace. I have successfully built products for a global unicorn, Swvl, and turned an already-running B2B vertical EBITDA positive in just nine months. I have also launched Swvl's University business, a B2B2C vertical, in Pakistan. As a Senior Product Manager, I have built AI and fintech products for MENA-based travel tech startup Eilago and built the Product and Analytics function at Bookme.pk, Pakistan's #1 e-booking, and travel app.
