Please bring along urls, log in credentials so we can access the task areas you wish to review. I can test web pages, prototypes or Figma designs.

Why do you need a quick usability review?

Usability reviews are fast and cheap to run and can be conducted by any team members, and can have a broad scope. I can be your impartial reviewer so you will get a more objective opinion.

What is the scope of the review?

The narrower the scope, the easier and more detailed the review will be. I suggest looking at:

• One task at a time (example: log in experience, add to cart...)
• One section of the site or app
• One user group, if you have many with diverse needs
• One device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)

How do you conduct the review?

I essentially run a usability test. I use a combination of experience and heuristic evaluation which gives me a systematic way to review your product to find potential usability and experience problems.

Can I bring other people along to the review?

1-on-1 is best to minimise distraction but you have the option to buy the recording so you can share with your team mates and peers.
