As a Coach, Mentor, Trainer, and Servant Leader using skills in Delivery and iterative release management, relationship management, Agile program management, and technical skills from years in IT as a Developer, Architect, and Development Manager I helps organizations to efficiently deliver digital products using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, and more I have more than 11 years experience in the IT world and has journeyed from being a system administrator, programmer, project manager, Scrum Master and now to Agile coach. I have an excellent technical understanding of IT and software, but is also strongly focused on business outcomes and the human side of Agile. Today have a mission to create high performance organizations with delivering happiness in workplace. 

Agile now is my central part, my passion for researching and applying the Agile mindset led me to learn and implement Agile practices in companies in Indonesia and another several countries in APAC.
