I am a final-year computer science student at Vellore Institute of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Applications at IIT Madras as well. Currently, I am working as a Software Engineer at Supertext, where I manage chatbots for various companies, improving multilingual support and conversion optimization. Previously, I worked as a PRISM Research Intern at Samsung R&D Institute India, where I developed a cutting-edge transportation API integration process that incorporates AI and voice assistant technology, reducing delays and improving customer satisfaction by 45%.
