If you’re someone who’s ever been told “this isn’t meant for you”—I see you. I’ve been there.
I come from a conventional, conservative Indian family where choosing sports over academics, starting up straight out of college, or marrying outside my religion weren’t exactly celebrated choices. But over the years, I’ve learned how to carve space where there was none—through countless small wins, some big leaps, and a whole lot of self-belief.
From representing India in table tennis to co-founding a global startup, from completing triathlons to swimming across countries like England to France and Sri Lanka to India—my journey has been one of strength, endurance, and questioning what’s “normal.” I’ve discovered the power of doing things even when they scare you, especially when they scare you.
This session isn’t about a 5-step formula. It’s about sharing real stories of navigating self-doubt, societal expectations, and burnout. Of building a life by your own design—whether that means saying no to timelines, choosing adoption, or lifting more than just weights.
If you’re seeking clarity, courage, or simply a reminder that you can rewrite your story—let’s talk. Heart to heart.
