I am a Diploma holder in Yoga and Appearing Dip in Nutrition and Fitness.(MPM,PG in Fashion,Dip in Art, Worked with various industries and with various profile from faculty,designer,HR always had good communication and socializing skills,got 15+ of experience) Did my own transformation by loosing 25kg through Gym, yoga and diet and various other coaching techniques and approaches. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and successful life. My goal is to support and guide clients as they take steps towards realizing their full potential.
