I’m Vritti Rijhwani, a trained Counselling Psychologist with a specialization in mental health and emotional well-being. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from SNDT Women’s University, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology from Amity University Mumbai, I’ve gained rigorous hands-on experience in psychotherapy, psychometric assessments, and client-centered care. I've worked across hospitals, orphanages, NGOs, and private foundations — supporting both children and adults — under the supervision of senior psychologists.
