Impact driven CSR consultant with 11 years of cross sectoral experience across CSR, Healthcare and IT. I have an in-depth understanding of the CSR and employee volunteering lifecycle – including CSR compliance, strategy, and program design, along with demonstrated skills in monitoring and evaluation of the programs and managing large scale employee volunteering programs. I started my career as a software engineer with Accenture, managing test management office for a leading pharmaceutical client, and voluntarily leading the corporate citizenship initiatives aimed to engage employees in various causes across different offices of Accenture. After spending almost 4 years and actively volunteering for various causes I left my job to follow my passion for social causes and volunteering. After quitting Accenture I joined iVolunteer, managing their end to end operations for Pune, engaging citizens to volunteer for different social causes under active citizenship initiatives. Along with this I also implemented employee volunteering program for various corporates and then designed and lead large scale multi city employee engagement programs for various clients. Post iVounteer I transitioned my career into Corporate Social Responsibility and worked as a CSR professional handling end to end CSR program management at Fiserv & Hyundai Motors. I have also worked at grassroot level with a rural health tech startup spearheading operations and handling key growth areas working directly along with the CEO.
