  I loved the way our meeting was structured. I have tried a lot of things in life to get to an optimal weight and mostly all the coaches just provided a diet plan to follow, without explaining much about the science. Vivek gave insightful pieces of advice on how to reach our target with ease. Fitness should be a lifestyle and not an end goal.
