Life Architecture Questionnaire

This is an individual Life Architecture commission.

Your purchase begins a two-stage process.

First, you will receive the Life Architecture Questionnaire as a downloadable Word document. It contains 72 considered questions through which you will be invited to look closely at the life you are actually living — its environment, rhythms, work, relationships, home, resources, inner life, thresholds and deeper foundations.

There are no right or wrong answers. The value lies in responding simply and candidly, allowing your lived reality to become visible.

You may write your answers directly into the same Word document. When you have completed it, simply save the completed document and return it to me by email.

Your responses then become the material for my private reading and interpretation. I will consider the patterns, relationships, structures and tensions revealed across the whole, rather than treating your answers as an assessment or diagnostic exercise.

From this reading, I will create your individual Architectural Response — a considered written work shaped specifically from your material and from the principles of Life Architecture.

The completed Architectural Response will be returned to you by email, normally within 5–7 days of receiving your completed Questionnaire.

The Questionnaire is therefore not the finished product. It is the beginning of the commissioned work.
