Experienced Doctorate in Electronics Engineering with 14+ years of expertise in research, embedded systems, and learning & development. Skilled in setting processes and scalable methods for ramping up AUTOSAR teams for both offshore and onsite, with proficiency in automotive domain, classic AUTOSAR, driver development of embedded target boards, and problem-solving skills. Strong experience in BSW configurations, MCAL configurations, and RTE generations using Mentor Graphics (Siemens) with hands-on experience in Com Stack (CAN), Diagnostics stack (DEM, DCM). Excellent debugging skills using Lauterbach debugger in Trace 32 emulator, as well as hands-on experience in Vector testing tool CANoe and Canalyzer with knowledge in CAPL scripting. Solid understanding of C programming, especially with cortex-M microcontrollers, Infineon AURIX family (TC3xx), experience in designing embedded products, and integrating them to solve real-time problems. Recognized for setting up the AUTOSAR engineers’ team in offshore and onsite from scratch, won the Young Investigator award in the field of robotics in 2012, and awarded the Annual Research Award in 2017. Certified in Vector CANoe, Microcontroller and Embedded Driver Development, and Internet of Things (IoT). In the current role at L&T Technologies Services, managing and creating AUTOSAR teams, upskilling and ramping up the AUTOSAR competency onsite and offshore, designing Digital Academy for top 10 automotive OEMs and Tier 1. Also responsible for developing external collaborations with premier institutions, research organizations, product vendors to represent industry perspectives.
