I have earned Bachelor of Commerce in 2011 from University of Mysuru and I have also earned Bachelor of Law from Karnataka State Law University in 2014 and an Associate Member of the “Institute of Company Secretaries of India” since 2015 and has 4 years of experience in Corporate Law, Drafting, Appearance, Foreign Exchange Laws and secretarial matters. I am dealing with the Secretarial Compliance's and Audits. I deals with procedural formalities pertaining to incorporation of private limited Companies, LLP’s in India, including liaison with the Registrar of Companies and Reserve Bank of India (RBI). I handle matters ranging from issue and allotment of shares, private placements, transfer and buy-back of shares, secretarial due diligence, shifting of registered office, reduction of capital, closure of companies filing of various forms/returns/applications for compounding of offenses with the Registrar of Companies and Reserve Bank of India or any other statutory authorities, and drafting of corporate documents such as Share Holders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreement, Option Agreement etc, filing of statutory forms, returns, notices and have also conducting Secretarial Audits for the Companies.
