Hey! I’m Vivek Arya — a business operator with a builder’s mindset and a bias for structured execution. Currently, I work as Chief of Staff at Entri, where I partner with the CEO and CXOs to drive growth, align cross-functional goals, and scale our flagship verticals. I’ve led business ops, built out SDR and sales systems, implemented cost-saving initiatives reducing OpEx by 30%, and supported investor relations through multiple fundraising cycles. Before Entri, I worked at Bijak, leading strategic growth projects directly under the founder’s office — doubling GMV, expanding into new markets, and building a ₹100 Cr+ lending vertical. At Cars24, I set up analytics systems, built ML-supporting data flows, and contributed to scaling our NBFC and C2C operations. I'm passionate about solving ambiguous problems with data, aligning ops with strategy, and building systems that scale. I also mentor early-stage startups on GTM, category creation, and operational design.
