3 Month Advisory Partnership

For founders who don’t just need a one-off strategy session; they want me closely involved as a thinking partner while they build, launch or grow their business.

Over three months, I work closely with you and, where relevant, your core team to bring structure to decisions, challenge thinking, solve problems as they arise and make sure the business keeps moving in the right direction.

What this includes

• One 90-minute strategy session every week

• Close strategic involvement with the founder and key team members

• Business, brand, customer, marketing, customer acquisition, campaign planning and growth strategy, depending on what the business needs

• Review and feedback on plans, ideas, campaigns and work in progress

• Prioritization and decision-making support

• Strategic thinking, research and preparation between sessions

• Working strategy documents and frameworks as we build; this could include positioning, ICPs, marketing plans, campaign direction, launch/GTM plans, business roadmaps, competitor observations or other strategic documents relevant to what we are solving

• Clear action points and direction for your team to take forward

• Continuity from week to week, so we are building on decisions rather than starting from scratch every call

This works particularly well for founders who are launching, repositioning, building their marketing engine, refining their offer or navigating a period of growth and want experienced strategic support alongside them.

This is a strategic advisory engagement, not a done-for-you execution service.

I will work closely with you and your team to determine what needs to be done, why it matters, how we should approach it and what needs to be prioritised. Where useful, I’ll also put that thinking into clear working documents that your team can use to execute against.

Your team takes the strategy forward and executes; I stay involved to review, question, refine and course-correct as we go.
