1:1 Strategy Session

The Strategy Session (60 mins + written recap)

This is where we do real strategic work on your business - an actual working session on one core strategic area, with a written summary you keep afterward.

How the session works:

First 5 minutes (Intro): You walk me through your business and exactly what you want us to work on. Context is pre-set via a google form so we don't waste precious time on this.

Next 45 minutes (The work) We go deep on ONE strategic area from your business - this could be brand positioning, ideal customer clarity, go-to-market planning, offer/product strategy, or "I have 10 ideas and no idea what to prioritize." We get to what's actually holding you back, and we build a real plan together - specific, practical, no jargon.

Last 10 minutes (Locking it in): We summarize what we've decided and what you're doing next, so you leave the call already clear on your first steps.

Within 24 hours after the call: I send you a short written recap - the key decisions we made and your next steps in writing, so nothing gets lost once the call ends.

This session covers ONE strategic area, worked through properly - not a full business audit across every part of your business, and not five unrelated questions squeezed into one call. Pick the single biggest thing you want strategic clarity on before you book.
