About me

As a product manager at Kalkine, I am responsible for developing detailed product requirements documents and user stories, working collaboratively with Engineering, QA, Design, and Analytics teams, and delivering phenomenal customer experiences. I drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, end-of-sprint demos, daily stand-ups, system demos, and story acceptance, ensuring the best implementation and reasonable launch timelines. I have over 7 years of experience in the tech industry, with an array of products in the startup realm. I have led a team of 15 people to develop product features and functionality, define and analyze metrics, and design and oversee integration across employee services and digital products. I have also worked as a senior software engineer, responsible for end-to-end shipping of two iOS apps. I have acquired multiple certifications in software processes and agile practices, software product management, and web development. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in computer applications from Amity University, with a focus on computer science. I am passionate about solving complex problems, learning new skills, and creating value for users and stakeholders.
