I am a lawyer with commercial acumen and I specialise in corporate and financial laws. I take a keen interest in company and contract law which forms the basis for corporate advisory and transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital etc. I also aspire to become a thought leader on corporate law policies in India as I grow.
