Hi! Thanks for stopping by, I am Vishnupriya and I am on the journey of building a solid, impactful portfolio career. Writing and building give me an extra spring in my steps :-) Now rewinding a few years. 1. I finished my degree in Electrical Engineering in 2020 and pivoted to a Management Fellowship (Vedica Scholars Programme for Women) thereafter, finishing in Jan 2022. This felt like a rather unconventional move at the time but ended up shaping my worldview for the better. 2. Interned at Adobe in their Digital Customer Success team and a US-based Ed-tech startup, STEM-Away (stemaway.com) as a Machine Learning Lead. I was adamant to be close to tech while studying management full time - it only made sense. 3. Co-founded and headed the first Product & Tech club of my fellowship hoping to make Tech a tad bit more fun for my fellow Scholars. No body should be afraid to code, least of all young, confident, management trained women. 4. Started my first full time role in Founder's Office of an Insurtech startup founded by ex-Mckinsey Consultants. The core focus of the role was to drive Brand Management & Topline Growth - Built some cool data modelling projects, consulted for a large cap Pharma company and picked up Sales Ops chops. 5. Scaled Microsoft's startups program (Founders Hub) from 2k to 10k startups in a single year. A leap of faith role that saw me shifting cities, and take up Program Operations for a huge business charter at Microsoft. 6. Currently leading growth at a 0-1 cross-border Fintech startup focused on SMBs. This role marks a lot of firsts. Mentoring students on everything I know at Collegey, a US based Ed-tech. Education will make the world slightly better but Education executed right will make the world significantly better.
