My potential was recognized early, earning admissions to both Oxford and Cambridge MBA programs with just 2.5 years of work experience - a testament to my drive and capabilities. During my pandemic-induced deferral, I seized an opportunity at Sattva Consulting, where I directly shaped the company's 3-year strategy alongside the founder, showcasing my strategic thinking and leadership potential. Demonstrating my ability to stand out in a competitive global landscape, I secured a position in Amazon's prestigious Pathways Leadership Development Program within just two months of starting my MBA. Building on this momentum, I successfully pivoted to a Program Manager role in only 10 months, achieving my goal of switching industry, function, and location simultaneously. Today, as a Senior Sustainability Program Manager at Amazon UK, I lead critical energy conservation initiatives in fulfilment centres across Europe.
